Above Ground Storage,
PSD = 1304.7L/s @ tc = 15min

Below Ground Storage,
PSD = 1481.8L/s @ tc = 15min

SSR for 40% above ground storage = 387.3m3
SSR for 60% below ground storage = 580.9m3

40% Above ground storage:
SSR = 387 m3

60% Below ground storage:
SSR = 581 m3

@ 15 mins

The above calculation is based on the SSR calculation using Below Ground Strorage formula as the storage component of below ground is more than above ground.

My answer, SSR for above ground = 387m3 and for below ground = 581m3.
