I need to know how to determine the 6 month ARI from IDF Curves in Volume 4, Design Fundamentals.Which clause should i referred?

Figure 13.2 gives you the IDF curve for 1 year ARI for Kuala Lumpur. The 6 month ARI should be lower than that for 1 year ARI.
You can derive the 1 year ARI using graphical plot like that of Figure 13.2, then you can estimate the 6 month ARI by extrapolation.

Did you attend our workshop? If so please refer to Table 3.4 of Workshop No. 3. The values are listed there for all major urban centers in Malaysia.
If you did not attend and want to do this yourself, you need to apply the data from DID and do the analysis yourself.

for designing pond which value i need to compare to adopt my design either:
Qpost development for 100 years < Qpre development for 10 years
or
Qpost development for 100 years < Qpre development for 100 years
if;
10 years = Minor system
100 years = Major system
