3.4 Worked Example 3.2

To compute the water levels for Q= 22, 44, 88 and 160 m3/s for the Jalan Tun Razak Culvert (3 m wide, 4 m deep, twin box culvert) and another 800 m long twin 3.35 x 3.35 m box culvert further downstream which discharges into Sg. Klang.

Above what Q are the Culverts (JTR and 800 m culvert downstream) flooded?

AT Q=88 m3/s both JTR and 800m culvert flooded

When Q=88m3/s or 160m3/s, the both Culverts are flooded.
